| I found a letter in which a mother, fairly frightened, calls support to provide legal abolition of the television of her daughter in kindergarten. [Source: noimamme.it] | | | |
my baby for five years he attended a private kindergarten (parish) because in our area the State nursery schools are quite far away. The problem is this: the teachers ever placed the babies immediately after eating and for about an hour watching television to watch cartoons (DVDs and video cassettes) and chatting to their own facts without even being with the kids.
I tried to ask the manager that this practice was abolished because it is counterproductive to that kindergarten children see cartoons instead of being stimulated by games and entertainment to develop the imagination. She said that only happens in the winter months (who are the majority) to keep good kids. It seems to me absurd. So I ask if any laws or regulations or otherwise, with which I may still go by the director holding something concrete to resolve this unfortunate situation.
Thank you and good day.
Silvia
Cara Silvia,
this nursery school, although private, is recognized or otherwise authorized by the City? It should have a permit and follow accordingly to educational programs approved by the municipality or the Ministry.
Enquire at the Town Hall and ask to inspect any regulations and / or circular for nursery education, which, probably, should not contemplate the vision of cartoons of the recreational and educational activities of schools.
Best wishes.
