A story in pictures by Stefano Pacini
... And so, Christmas has become nothing but a tremendous increase in sales. The capital accumulated immense wealth extracted from day to day work used to masquerade as father Christmas ready to bestow. So, each year a fixed date, the hearts are full of goodness: Who is good to give, give meaning to spend, borrow and spend means the owner and grease. The circle is closed and Christmas, like everything else, it served its purpose: to increase profits, and make us forget the exploitation. So we are against This Christmas, hypocritical, commercial comedy that wants us to feel rich once a year. Blackmail against the bosses, playing on everything, including children. In three years, thanks to the publicity-Rai TV children already acquire the mentality of the idiot consumer is ready to wish everything that the market requires ... There is native to the laborers of Avola, workers and students fighting in Italy. The rest of the bosses scammer, Canzonissima and speeches of popes and presidents do not deceive us. Our festival is a continual struggle against a world in which wealth is used to perpetuate the misery and domination.

This is my last show in mass. A project kicked the door long ago, and back out the window thanks to the efforts of the University of age free. It 's also a way to put a full stop, go, go away from this wretched country without honor, dignity, conscience. This was not the country that we wanted for our children. I was very young, but I remember well the new air of great change in our province even deeper. My sister, always the first in the family, attending the University, and from there reported the explosion of the old secular world, the music, the dispute and the resumption of parola.IL '68 was at the end of that ball red of the story that unfolds the French Revolution, the last great global egalitarian and collective motion. We fought for the freedom, happiness and justice for all. For emancipation and liberation of peoples. By the end of oppression of man by man. By the end of the patriarchal family and male. To extend the area of \u200b\u200bconsciousness, while the rock marked a unbridgeable gap between the before and after. Someone said that we have exchanged a sunset to sunrise. Likely, in any case the colors were beautiful.
There is a before and after '68-77 during the decade of the great revolt in Italy. Marked by December 12, 1969. After the massacre of Piazza Fontana, the first of many, the murder of Giuseppe Pinelli, the first of many series without justice, the atmosphere changes, hopes decline, the political struggle becomes evil and merciless, many have already started for the suicidal path of armed struggle. They are also different expressions in the photographs. A whole generation still fight for the '70s, then claimed by the neo-liberal theories, individualism and the television culture of appearances at all costs. Italy is losing the opportunity to become a country of adult, normal, best.
This exhibition is therefore, not only by the rebels at the time, but also by the so-called bad, the cursed, the unacknowledged. At least this piece of memory, can hope to do justice. Hopefully, now as then, not is only the beginning, we continue the fight. For kids of Valle Giulia in February '68 and those from Piazza del Popolo, 14 December 2010.
The '68 is dead, long live the '68 ever!
